Beautiful Day's mission is to mobilize refugee employment, support refugee integration, and provide simple ways for people to do something practical about human displacement.
We do feel pretty happy when people tell us that our granola and bars are the best they've ever had. We're proud to be our state's premier small-batch handcrafted granola maker. But the reason we take granola so seriously is because the process of making it allow us to provide vital on-the-job training for refugees, especially those with the greatest job-entry barriers. All our products are proudly made by refugees and 100% of profits from every purchase are returned to our job training program.

As we look back on a successful year, we also recognize that many things have changed. The questions we have asked ourselves in the past two months would have been unheard of in 2019. How do you rent a kitchen in the middle of a pandemic? An unthinkable question that suddenly became extremely relevant when we lost our kitchen due to covid concerns and had to find a new one quickly.
