What makes this muesli different?

Our Super Originola is made with healthful ingredients without sacrificing the taste. We put a lot of effort into flavor and texture. It’s made with low oil and a truly vegan product (no honey). It's wheat-free and low-gluten, but not gluten-free. It’s high in protein with over 30% of nuts and seeds. We added a hint of molasses partly because it's a superfood, partly to tip our hat towards our originola flavor, and partly to counter any chalky mouthfeel from the fiber. The only other added sugar is from the cranberries. But ultimately, we put most of our effort into doing what we always do—taking care of each ingredient to maximize its flavor. We hope that you can taste every ingredient.

Why “Super” Originola?

Actually, a pandemic seemed like a great time for this particular product—it's by far the most nutritious things we've made. It scores off-the-charts on satisfaction, which is the best way to avoid junk calories. As we created the recipe, we were inspired by essential workers, essential calories, essential nutrients—we almost named this "Essential Muesli." But we wanted to go beyond that with an emphasis on rising above: superpowers, superfood, super simple, something super delicious during a super hard year.
